* Junior researchers involve master and PhD students, as well as post-doctoral fellows under 30 years old. Applicants should send a copy of their student card to the conference secretariat (ismec2025@ismec2025.com). In the absence of a valid student card, a declaration by a supervisor will be accepted.
Registration fee includes:
For active participants: the attendance at all scientific sessions, conference materials, welcome reception, lunches, coffee breaks, and the gala dinner.
For accompanying person: welcome reception, lunches and the gala dinner.
In addition, Gala Dinner tickets (for attending EXCLUSIVELY the Gala dinner) are also available and need to be paid separately to the Conference bank account with a cost of 120 €. Interested attendees should address to the conference secretariat (ismec2025@ismec2025.com) indicating the name of the person who wants to attend, specifying any special dietary requirements. No registration is needed for these people.
